About Thoracle

Company Philosophy
At Thorek/Scott and Partners we believe that people have the power to create change.  If people who share the same values can work together, then together they have the power to create progress.
We believe that a company should not hire an employee to perform a job, but should aspire to find a person who is driven by the same cause and purpose as the company.  Using an extensive screening process we have honed over 30 years, TSP is able to successfully match each person and company.  The result?  These symbiotic matches lead to progress for both the company and the individual, making Thorek/Scott and Partners the go-to Executive Search firm in Toronto.

Thoracle is written as a supplement to benefit both clients and candidates of TSP.
Articles aim to keep readers informed of current trends, insightful tips, and general information in the business community.
Recruiter Reflections provide insight into the individual recruiter’s personality and professional style.  It is an opportunity for TSP recruiters to share with the public their own thoughts specific to the industry and the work they do.
Thorek/Scott and Partners wants everyone to have a chance to expand their network and have the opportunity to meet others working in the same or similar industry.  Networking Events keep readers in the know about different business events and conferences going on.  If you are hosting or attending an event and would like to let the community know, please send a message to the TSP Blogmaster.
Please visit the TSP in the Community page for a list of our recent and upcoming activity and involvement in the community.

Have suggestions or feedback?  Word of mouth referrals have helped TSP thrive over the years and are one of the most rewarding parts of the job--we'd love to hear from you.  Please send any comments/feedback/suggestions you may have to the TSP Blogmaster.
